BRIO: It is an automatic unit for roll bread for medium and high outputs with soft and hard dough. Electronic selecting of the weight range variable from about 20 to 1.000 g approx. according to the cut type at 1, 2, 4 or 6 rows with dividing knives replaceable manually.
Manual adjustment of the sheeting thickness and of the cutting knife speed in order to obtain the set weight.
Optional: lateral exit belt to feed the continuos rounder. Long-loaf moulding device to be fitted on the first moulder, second or resting belts.
Width of the sheeting and dividing head mm 180. Stainless steel structure.
The model Brio/S is equipped with only one four rollers moulders 600 mm wide.
